Summary:

  • China Kunda Technology Holdings reported FY2025 revenue of HK$38.9 million, a 36.7% increase from HK$28.5 million in FY2024. This growth was driven mainly by higher sales of In-Mould Decoration (IMD) products, especially to the consumer electronics sector.

  • Despite the top-line growth, the Group’s net loss widened by 19.5% to HK$10.5 million, compared to a HK$8.8 million loss in FY2024. This was due to a reduced gross margin (down from 12.7% to 9.1%) caused by selling IMD moulds at lower prices and a less favorable sales mix involving smaller, lower-margin projects.

  • Working capital turned negative at HK$9.1 million, down from a positive HK$0.6 million in FY2024, and the Group moved to a net liability position of HK$3.3 million.

  • The company strengthened its order book to HK$13.2 million, up from HK$7.2 million, supported by an increase in IMD moulds under construction (77 units vs. 71 last year).

  • Looking ahead, China Kunda plans to focus on customer base and sales channel expansion, improve production efficiency, and navigate trade tensions and inflationary pressures, while maintaining its strategy to drive long-term sustainable growth.
