As of 28 August 2025, MPACT has completed the sale of the ASY office building in Yokohama City, Japan.

Following this divestment, MPACT’s portfolio now contains 15 commercial properties with a total lettable area of 10.4 million square feet, independently valued at S$15.9 billion (as of 31 March 2025, based on exchange rates and including 50% effective interest in The Pinnacle Gangnam).
