Summary:

• Transaction: On 1 September 2025, CDL (via wholly-owned unit Ascent View Holdings) completed the sale of all its shares (115,230,000 ordinary and 84,911,865 preference shares, representing 50.1%) in Scottsdale Properties Pte. Ltd. to IOI Consolidated (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

• Proceeds: Total cash consideration received by CDL was S$835.29 million (including S$41.25 million deposit previously paid). The final sale price is subject to post-completion adjustments per the final completion statement.
