Joint Venture Terminated: Interra, MITI, and PT Prima Aset Lestari have mutually agreed to cease their JV to build/operate a wood pellet plant in Sumatra, Indonesia. All related shareholders’ agreements are terminated.

Stake Disposal: Interra sold its entire 40% interest (4,400 shares) in MBI to PT Inti Bina Utama for Rp 4.4 billion (approx. US$267,417). The book value and NTA of the stake was approx. Rp 4.06 billion (US$265,712) as at 31 July 2025.

Consideration Application: The sale proceeds will be applied towards Interra’s obligations under an existing mandatory conversion loan agreement with MITI. Payment counts as both loan drawdown and purchase price settlement.

No Additional Investment: Since its original MBI stake acquisition, Interra made no further investments or funding commitments to MBI.

Impact: Not expected to have a material effect on net tangible assets or earnings per share for FY2025; transaction falls below major SGX disclosure thresholds.

Post-Disposal: Upon completion, Interra ceases all interest in the wood pellet JV and in MBI. No director or controlling shareholder (beyond ordinary shareholdings) has any interest in the disposal.
