• Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited (JC&C), via wholly owned subsidiary Platinum Victory Pte. Ltd., has completed the previously announced partial divestment of its investment in Vietnam Dairy Products JSC (Vinamilk) through trades executed on the HOSE today​

• Following completion of the sale under the share purchase agreement, PVPL now retains a 6.02% shareholding interest in Vinamilk​

• JC&C disclosed that the group’s aggregate cost of investment in quoted securities decreased from US$807.4 million to US$579.2 million after the transaction​

• As a percentage of the group’s latest audited consolidated net tangible assets of US$7,570.7 million as at 31 December 2024, the aggregate cost of investments in quoted securities fell from 10.7% to 7.7%​

• JC&C confirmed there is no provision for diminution in value of its quoted securities portfolio both before and after the partial divestment​
