• SIA Engineering Company Limited has appointed Mr Lim Serh Ghee, 66, as a Non-Executive and Independent Director with effect from 1 January 2026​

• He holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) (Honours, Second Upper) from the National University of Singapore, and completed the Programme for Management Development at Harvard Business School​

• Lim has no shareholding interest in SIA Engineering Company Limited, no relationships with existing directors, executive officers or substantial shareholders, and has declared no conflicts of interest​

• The company confirms that he has provided the required undertakings under SGX Mainboard Rule 720(1), and disclosures show no history of bankruptcy, regulatory breaches, fraud, dishonesty, or disciplinary actions across an extensive set of probity checks​
