Civmec has also won a contract from Fortescue for construction of charger facilities and pit power infrastructure at the Eliwana and Flying Fish mines, including prefabricated DC distribution units, integrated AC chargers and modular pit substations to support the roll-out of electric excavators and drills as part of Fortescue’s decarbonisation drive
