Centurion Accommodation REIT makes A$345m debt-funded push into Sydney student housing with 732-bed EPIISOD Macquarie Park deal

  • A master lease with sponsor entity Centurion Properties and a corporate guarantee runs until 31 December 2027, providing income visibility and downside protection via step-in rights and a two-month rent security deposit

  • Post-acquisition, CAREIT’s enlarged portfolio rises to 15 assets (5 worker accommodation, 10 PBSA) across Singapore, the UK and Australia, with aggregate valuation lifted to about S$2.1 billion while maintaining “healthy debt headroom” for further acquisitions and asset enhancements
