• Ong, son of Executive Deputy Chairman and Group CEO Dato’ Dr Ong Bee Huat, has led the group’s Cambodia subsidiaries since 2018 and previously served as business development manager, bringing on-the-ground property and agriculture development experience to the C-suite​

• He holds a Diploma in International Business and has completed the Singapore Institute of Directors’ Listed Entity Director Programme, and the board confirmed there are no issues of conflict, regulatory breaches or adverse findings in his fit-and-proper checks​
