Skylink closes CLP 2026 deal, shifts engineering practice into 80:20 joint venture platform

Summary:

  • Skylink Holdings has completed the acquisition of the business of CLP 2026 Pte. Ltd. (formerly Chuang Li Partners), with the business now operated by Chuang Li Partners (2017) Pte. Ltd. (New CLP) from 15 January 2026.

  • New CLP issued 1,000,000 new shares for S$1.0 million in total, of which Skylink Engineering Pte. Ltd. (SKER) subscribed for 799,999 shares (S$799,000) and individual partners Mr Yeh and Mr Cheng took 100,000 shares each (S$100,000 each).

  • Following the issuance, SKER’s stake in New CLP falls from 100% to 80%, with Yeh and Cheng each holding 10%, formally converting the acquired engineering business into a joint venture under a pre-agreed shareholders’ agreement.
