MPACT completes divestment of Festival Walk office tower, retains full ownership of retail mall

Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust has closed the sale of the office component of Festival Walk in Hong Kong, as first announced on 10 December 2025.

MPACT continues to own and operate 100% of Festival Walk’s retail mall, which has about 588,890 square feet of lettable area.

Post-transaction, MPACT’s portfolio comprises 15 commercial properties with a total lettable area of 10.2 million square feet, independently valued at approximately S$15.5 billion.
