CapitaLand Ascendas REIT values portfolio at S$18.2bn, Science Park Drive hub at S$907m in year-end revaluation

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT has reported an updated independent valuation of its investment properties at S$18.20 billion as at 31 December 2025.

Separately, Savills valued the integrated 1, 1A and 1B Science Park Drive properties in Singapore at a combined S$907 million as at the same date.

The valuation reports are available for inspection at the manager’s office at 168 Robinson Road, #30-01 Capital Tower, Singapore, during office hours until 4 May 2026.
