Lincotrade & Associates Holdings Limited notes that the COO and substantial shareholder, Mr. Tan Chee Khoon, has acquired 84,800 ordinary shares through an open market transaction at S$0.3175 per share, representing a total investment of S$26,924.

Following the acquisition, Mr. Tan's direct shareholding increased from 30,291,650 ordinary shares (16.75%) to 30,376,450 ordinary shares (16.79%), reflecting his continued confidence in the Company's long-term growth and prospects.
