Reclaims Global Continues Share Buyback on 23 July @ S$0.2 per share
Reclaims Global has commenced a share buyback and purchased 555,000 ordinary shares on 23 Jul 2026 pursuant to its share buy-back mandate.
The shares were acquired through market purchases at S$0.2 per share, for a total consideration of S$111,290.76. Following the transaction, the Company's treasury shares increased to 1,026,200 shares, representing approximately 0.34% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
