Reclaims Global has commenced a share buyback and purchased 371,500 ordinary shares on 24 Jul 2026 pursuant to its share buy-back mandate.

The shares were acquired through market purchases at S$0.205 per share, for a total consideration of S$76,357.11. Following the transaction, the Company's treasury shares increased to 1,397,700 shares, representing approximately 0.46% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
