iX Biopharma Ltd. has received notification that OCBC has increased its deemed interest in the Company from 4.71% to 5.04%, following the acquisition of 3,712,800 ordinary shares through open market transactions on 22 July 2026.

This brings OCBC's deemed shareholding to 55,153,800 ordinary shares.

The increase in institutional ownership reflects continued interest from one of Singapore's leading financial institutions and underscores confidence in iX Biopharma's long-term growth prospects.
