The Assembly Place’s Director and CEO, Mr. Eugene Lim, has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company via a market transaction on 13 August 2026.

The shares were acquired for a total consideration of S$11,500, representing an average acquisition price of S$0.23 per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Lim’s direct interest increased from 95,864,415 shares to 95,914,415 shares, representing 24.937% of the Company’s issued shares.
