Skylink Holdings Limited’s Director and CEO, Mr. Shen Wende, has acquired 140,000 ordinary shares in the Company via a market transaction on 09 September 2026.
The shares were acquired for a total consideration of S$27,945.50, representing an average acquisition price of S$0.200 per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Shen’s direct interest increased from 400,000 shares to 540,000 shares.
