Lincotrade has purchased an additional 100,000 ordinary shares through a market transaction on 1 October 2026 at S$0.27 per share, for a total consideration of S$27,159.30, including transaction costs.

Following the latest purchase, the Company has repurchased a cumulative 1,366,000 shares, representing approximately 0.794% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.

All 100,000 shares acquired in the latest transaction were held as treasury shares, bringing the Company’s total treasury shareholding to 1,366,000 shares. The number of issued shares excluding treasury shares following the purchase stood at 180,661,726 shares.
