Winking Studios Limited (SGX: WKS) has undertaken another share buyback, acquiring 35,000 ordinary sharesthrough market transactions on 12 October 2026, pursuant to its share buyback mandate.

The shares were purchased at S$0.20 per share, for a total consideration of S$7,027.81, inclusive of transaction costs.

Following the latest transaction, Winking Studios has repurchased a cumulative 2,227,900 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.50% of the Company's issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buyback resolution.

The Company's total treasury shares held have increased to 2,227,900 shares, while the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares stands at 439,710,218 shares following the latest purchase.
