G.H.Y Culture & Media Holding Co., Limited has purchased an additional 10,000 ordinary shares through a market transaction on 19 October 2026 at S$0.06 per share, for a total consideration of S$627.89, including transaction costs.

Following the latest purchase, the Company has repurchased a cumulative 534,200 shares, representing approximately 0.05% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.

All 10,000 shares acquired in the latest transaction were retained as treasury shares, bringing the Company's total treasury shareholding to 5,834,500 shares. The number of issued shares excluding treasury shares following the purchase stood at 1,067,957,500 shares.

The latest transaction forms part of G.H.Y Culture & Media's ongoing share buy-back activities under its mandate commencing on 29 April 2026.
