Reclaims Global Limited has purchased an additional 1,148,100 ordinary shares through market transactions on 20 October 2026 at prices ranging from S$0.200 to S$0.205 per share, for a total consideration of S$235,112.00, including transaction costs.

Following the latest purchase, the Company has repurchased a cumulative 11,897,300 shares, representing approximately 3.94% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.

All 1,148,100 shares acquired in the latest transaction were retained as treasury shares, bringing the Company's total treasury shareholding to 11,897,300 shares. The number of issued shares excluding treasury shares following the purchase stood at 290,102,700 shares.

The latest transaction forms part of Reclaims Global's ongoing share buy-back activities under its existing share buy-back mandate.
