Winking Studios Limited has purchased an additional 30,000 ordinary shares through a market transaction on 21 October 2026 at S$0.21 per share, for a total consideration of S$6,327.52, including transaction costs.

Following the latest purchase, the Company has repurchased a cumulative 2,453,600 shares, representing approximately 0.56% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.

All 30,000 shares acquired in the latest transaction were retained as treasury shares, bringing the Company's total treasury shareholding to 2,453,600 shares. The number of issued shares excluding treasury shares following the purchase stood at 439,484,518 shares.

The latest transaction forms part of Winking Studios' ongoing share buy-back activities under its existing share buy-back mandate.
