Geo Energy Resources Limited has purchased an additional 200,000 ordinary shares through a market transaction on 22 October 2026 at S$0.50 per share, for a total consideration of S$100,239.81, including transaction costs.

Following the latest purchase, the Company has repurchased a cumulative 14,237,500 shares, representing approximately 0.80% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.

All 200,000 shares acquired in the latest transaction were retained as treasury shares, bringing the Company's total treasury shareholding to 12,304,867 shares. The number of issued shares excluding treasury shares following the purchase stood at 1,769,268,726 shares.

The latest transaction forms part of Geo Energy's ongoing share buy-back activities under its existing share buy-back mandate.
